Through the use of case studies and the student workbook, the student will become familiar with the basic principles of logic, logical fallacies and event analysis. They will learn those situations where a reconstruction is indicated and how to organize the case materials for a reconstruction effort. Students will have the opportunity, through case files in their workbooks, to complete a series of guided exercises. These exercises utilize the principles learned during lecture and their application as a skill set to incrementally more challenging reconstructions problems.
